Our Story
GMB Property Solutions was founded by owner Viviana Bernal, a commercial cleaning professional with more than 20 years of industry experience, including leadership at the executive level. After years of managing large teams, complex facilities, and demanding service accounts, she started GMB to bring that experience into a more hands-on, responsive company.
As a growing company, GMB stays closely involved with every account. Clients work with people who know their facility, understand the scope, and can respond quickly when something needs attention.
